Reindeer Roundup Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Neon Worms LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), which makes games and apps as Neon Bulldog, handles information in Reindeer Roundup (the “App”). It applies only to the App.

The Short Version

• No accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking.
• The App uses your location, camera, and motion sensors only on your device, to play the game. It doesn’t send them to us or to anyone else.
• Your catches and progress stay on your device.
• A picture of a catch goes only where you choose to share it.

I. Your Location

While you play, the App uses your device’s location to place reindeer around you, show where you are on the map, and tell whether you’re in Central Park or Prospect Park. It uses your location only on your device. Each catch saves where and when you made it, so the App can show your catches on its map; this stays on your device too.

The map comes from Apple Maps, which loads map images from Apple for the area you’re looking at. Apple handles that under its own privacy policy.

II. The Camera and Your Pictures

During a catch, the App shows your camera’s picture with the reindeer over it, and when you catch one, it keeps a picture from the camera to make a picture of the catch. These pictures stay on your device. If you tap Share Photo, the App opens the iOS share sheet, and the picture goes only to the app or person you choose. The App asks to add pictures to your photo library only if you choose to save one there.

III. Motion Sensors

During a catch, the App reads your device’s motion sensors and compass so the reindeer stays in place as you move your device. It uses these readings only while you play and doesn’t store them.

IV. Information Stored on Your Device

To keep your game, the App saves your catches, points, level, and gear on your device, where they’re included in your device backups, such as iCloud Backup, if you use them. Deleting the App removes this information from your device.

V. What We Don’t Do

• We don’t require an account or ask for your name, email address, or phone number.
• We don’t run a server for the App, and the App doesn’t send your location, pictures, or progress to us.
• We don’t show ads, and the App contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking tools.
• We don’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
• We don’t sell or share your personal information, including as “sell” and “share” are defined under California law.

VI. Crash Reports from Apple

If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers (in Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements), Apple may provide us with crash reports and aggregated usage statistics for the App. Apple controls what is shared, and we use it only to fix bugs and improve the App.

VII. Email

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. Our email provider stores them for us. We don’t share them except when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others, or as part of a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition.

VIII. Children’s Privacy

Reindeer Roundup is made for families. The App doesn’t collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13: it uses location, the camera, and motion sensors only on the device, and a picture is shared only through the iOS share sheet, by the person using the device. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, for example by email, contact us and we will delete it.

IX. Your Choices

You can turn off the App’s access to your location, camera, or photos at any time in Settings. Without the camera, the App shows the reindeer over a picture of the park; it needs your location to play. Because the App has no accounts and keeps your progress only on your device, we don’t know who you are and hold no information about your use of it. If we change how the App handles information, we will update this page and the “Last Updated” date above before the change takes effect.
